Whether we’ve known each other for years or are just meeting today, I am so glad you’re here. Here’s one thing you need to know about me: I have a heart and passion for encouraging nonprofits to become the very best organization they can so that they can achieve their goals in meeting the needs of the community they serve. I also have a passion for encouraging women to be exactly who they were created to be and to live their very best lives.
Coaching
For weekly - and sometimes daily - accountability. We will meet weekly to go over the celebrations and struggles, and laser focus in on goals and best practices. You will have access to me whenever you need me to weigh-in on a subject or project. I will hold you to what you promise to accomplish and will ask you the tough questions.
consulting
Consulting is a bit like coaching on steroids. We take a deep dive into what is keeping you up at night and then we develop a practical and manageable plan to help you succeed. Together we will clearly define your next best YES and define what your objectives and timelines are as you crush it in the workplace!
training
Both in person and online, these trainings can be tailored to your needs. A one-time presentation, retreat, or workshop can give you the understanding and the push you need to move forward. I love to teach! When I learn something, I want to pass it along. You’ll not only get tried and true techniques I have tested during my 25 years of serving in fundraising and leadership roles for nonprofits, but also the newest strategies, best practices, and emerging trends I am constantly learning about. This is one of my greatest passions!
Speaking
I offer fun, memorable experiences for your team, board, club, organization, or church group. Also, if you are part of a Christian organization or faith group, I would love to help inspire and refresh your group in the specific areas of identity, purpose, serving others, and journeying together.
